Wonder how fast a guy could paddle a 3000 pound fiberglass boat. Sorry I must be as dumb as kickemup because I don't have oars in my boat.

Yeah no shit! That's what trolling motors are for! There's a reason they are no longer required since they serve no practical use on the big boats of today.

I have a paddle in my 20 ft ProV, thought the law required it. I have used it to push off a sand bar before

No I was wrong about the oars, boats are required to have whistles and horns now. I assumed it was standard issued equipment it is not. Just like my 335i doesn't have a spare tire it has run flat safety tires.

Also looking at the surrounding areas of this mans home is an elementary school, I don't know if this has anything to do with his dilemma.

There's no state law about an FFL holder selling guns near schools. Bismarck Scheels is across the street from Wachter Middle School. There are also no state laws about needing permission from neighbors to sell guns or requiring it to be a pseudo commercial zone. The point is, the city lacks the authority to tell him he can't sell guns from his home.

I wonder if he went to the city because it's part of his FFL application?

Yep, if I had a paddle in my Warrior, and tried to paddle it, someone better call the paramedics as I would have a heart attack trying to do this!;:;badidea .....................................Oh wait, I guess I wouldn't even attempt to do that! ;:;boozer;:;popcorn

Man, I hope this guy gets his FFL. He's two blocks from my house. That would make things SUPER convenient as I add to my collection.

According to the ATF his Application is correct, as long as he does a background check to send guns across state lines. The city of Fargo is trying to deny his application based on moral grounds of a few members. There is at least two personal businesses operating in close proximity to his home. If he can get support from his community because he is a up standing tax paying citizen.

If his property value go up does everyone else in his neighborhood go up as well?
