I've realized over the last few years that candy bars, cookies, etc. make my body ache (feet, knees, back, elbows, hands) like I'm 100 yrs old with arthritis - so I generally stay away. If I stay "pure" and take in no refined sugar and don't cheat I generally feel great.
Salted nut roll, York Peppermint Patty, Reese's Take 5 are all top contenders for when I'm hunting and am gonna hurt the next morning regardless of whether I ate sweets or not.
