Reese' Peanut Butter Cups and Kit Kats for me but dont really eat all that much choc candy bars anymore, not sure why.. At any rate i do have a feel good story i am going to ramble on with you guys and gals to share. hahaha A million or so more years ago when i was in grade school..or perhaps jr. high.. I loved salted nut rolls! loved them and ALWAYS chose them in the candy machine!!! Well, on one occasion when i chose the salted nut roll and opened up the package, there was like NO nuts on the damn candy bar!! Like NONE! I took the candy bar home and showed my mother and in her infinite wisdom suggested i write a letter to the company( address was on candy bar package) and explain my disappointment in my favorite candy bar and to just let them know. So i did! I even sent back the said defective, unfinished candy bar for proof(snail mail box of course!) I made a promise to myself not to buy a salted nut roll in a vending machine or elsewhere until and unless i heard back from the company.
Fast forward about a month and a box arrives in the mail with MY name on it!! To my surprise, inside that box was a whole case of salted nut rolls and an apology from them for the candy bar that didnt pass inspection... True Story!
Even tho my mother is closing in on 90yrs old, she still repeats this story to everyone and anyone who wants to listen.. Thumbs Up

nut goodies are good if they are fresh but they dont keep well from my experience, and they arent a top seller so likely have been sitting on the shelf a while at cenex.... Really like the reeces stix things that are like a kitkat kinda but with PB inside...
