I'm looking to buy a GPS that I can switch between boats without too much hassle , I would like it to have a lake chip at least for DL . Problem is, I'm a cheap skate when it comes to electronics because what ever you buy it seems like it is outdated after the first year. I wouldn't mind a small portable that would plug into a laptop if that's what I need to do I just don't want to wear reading glasses to see a little 2'' screen. Any advice is welcome , If you have any outdated used equipment for sale that would get me back on a spot once I find it that would really be all I need. I have a 777 humminbird but no antenna and I don't think I can even chip it . What are my options ? Thanks.

I really like the Garmin Montanas we use at work. Decently large screen but easy enough to carry around if you want.
