What color is the ducers bottom?
I did some more digging and seems like that Tri beam had problems just like I am and is why they quit making them. Buddy I bought it from had the ducer that came with it just needs to find it in the garage. Not sure Kurt. Perhaps ducer cable? connection?
It’s the red one and from looking seems they like to break. What color is the ducers bottom?
I remember reports of tri ducer pucks having issues, suggest single ice ducer or a double/duel ducer,9/12 or 9/18 deg cones,9 deg cone is great fishing in deeper water and or a group of flashers close by where flasher cones cross and create major interference. Not sure Kurt. Perhaps ducer cable? connection?
The front jacks were extended beyond the final pin to hold them into the outer sleeve. So when I raised it up, there was nothing but the weight of the camper resting on top of the jacks holding it in place, and yes it slowly rolled back, in a slow motion type of event, so I could really watch the camper in extra time crush everything as it fell to the ground. Had I not missed the final pin hole, or had chocked it would not have happened.Ahh, didn't have the wheels chocked is what I am hearing. I have come close to a similar unhitching, it just didn't roll back enough.
I’ve had a 5th wheel for 30 years, no damage yet thankfully. Remembering to raise and lower the tailgate at the proper time is my main concern.Oh man johnr...the wife and I are gonna upgrade to a 5th wheel this year...but thinking maybe we should stick with our bumper pull...that looks brutal! Maybe later this spring I'll start a thread on the benefits of going from a bumper pull to a 5th wheel...to try to get my courage up!
