Yeah - I meant rope lights but stapled tight to the bottom of the rafters for even shadowless lighting if grilling at night. True droopy rope lights are too girly for a grilling/smoking shelter anyway.

I tried spot / flood lights, and they made me sad.

I love a good 3/4" - 1" cut NY strip or ribeye during grilling season. And at $8.99/lb. you can't go wrong with that. When I buy steaks, I like to season them before I vacuum seal them. That reminds me...I need to get some more Tatonka Dust. :eek:

I had to google WTF that was. Looks and sounds delicious!
I like to try new things a few times a month or I get bored. Mine is different than traditional, I use goat cheese and mozzarella then prosciutto on top. I can share the recipe here if you wanna try it out. It's really fucking good lol
