I'd hit that for a third. My problem is loading the first plate too much and chewing through cold crap. Sometimes the nuke isn't worth the effort for various reasons. In Sicily; they would take your plate back to the kitchen and refill you wine carafe. The evening meal was expected to be 3/4hrs.It was a LOTbut the husband and son had thirds. There's just enough brisket leftover for a sandwich.
