Unlike some of you, I have rather simple tastes. I grilled a little terriyaki chicken and corn on the cob last night. Had a bit of a flare up while inside making cucumber salad, but it still turned out pretty good.

Acid reflux is a bitch

They can do a procedure to fix it. Talked to GI doc one time. Said you shouldnt be on medecine linger then 3 weeks for it. If its non stop get the procedure done.

My doctor asked do I want medicine and potential side effects or esophagus cancer from the acid reflux. Had an upper GI pretty damn young and all they could say was it was genetic and here’s your pill. Hardly ever get heartburn through the medication though and can eat what I like

.....medecine your whole life or a simple surgury to fix the problem? Fyi those medecines do have long term side affects. Doctors that perscribe and perscribe do it for a reason. To add not trying to dx here but if you have reflux there is a high likely hood of hernia. Another words even with medecine its still coming up and doing damage..just not as much or what you can feel. NON of those medecines are for long term use even though they are commonly perscribed that way. Fyi this info came from a reputable gi doc from mayo clinic.
