It was good, tempted the breast after an hour and a half and it was at 168. Should have tempted it at the hour mark. Tented it in aluminum foil and put it on the counter while the wife baked the cheesy hash browns.
Was still juicy and tender.
As you can see the dark meat gets like ham.
