So you take a sharptail breast, pound it out a bit, season, stuff some green, yellow, red peppers and some red onion, roll it up jelly roll style, secure with toothpicks

Here’s the important part….

DONT OVERCOOK THEM!! Med rare, on a very hot grill!!
