I was mainly nostalgic for the pasta. But, I struggle to believe people here didn't love to gorge themselves at the Hut's buffet...pizza, pasta, breadsticks, soda in a red plastic cup...all for maybe $5.95.

In the days where most dining out experiences suck, I find myself nostalgic for the cheap sucky meal. Pizza Hut, Shakey's, etc. I can even appreciate a Little Caesars...knowing I paid $6 bucks for a pizza lowers the bar and it tastes better.

Minot had one when I first moved here but it closed down after a few years. It was decent for the price for a larger family.

Ps: In Aberdeen the “bump and tilt” was attached to the Pizza Hut…symbiotic relationship. Right across the street was twist cone. It was the pre-pubescent hangout for many years. Aberdeen was our “big town”. You were a stud if you could bag an Aberdeen chick.

Spent A lot of time in Aberdeen from k-7th grade. Lived in Frederick. I remember going to the twist cone after swim lessons at the YMCA every summer while we lived there. Dont think I was quite old enough to try and bag an Aberdeen chick though.
