Hmmmm PB on a fried egg sammich? I like each on their own, so I may have to venture outside the box and take that one on. Thanks, Snow!

Mine: egg fried to semi-runny, whole grain mustard, and a slice of melty swiss cheese! On 12 grain toast.

My fried egg sandwich always has American cheese, bacon, sautéed caramelized onions, and peanut butter on it.
Jalapeño jelly too if I have it handy.

I prefer it on an “everything” bagel also rather than bread.
