Any truth to the rumor that they open a flood tunnel yesterday, can someone up in that area confirm this. It would seem that they are really getting rain in Montana the last few days.

In going up to a total of 44,000 cfs, the plan is to send most of the water through the powerplant, with some 4-6 thousand being contributed to the overall discharge through the regulation tunnels. I heard, but don't remember the actual split between the two.
