Nothing quite as fancy as that, but I did upgrade to a Helix 10 for the console and helix 9 for the bow for this year.

Did you actually buy the 360 ducer? Talking to scheels in Bismarck the guy said they had not sold one yet. They do look tits for ice fishing though.

yeah i have one... got it all directly from humminbird... been out 2x so far and its cool (temperatures have been too)... steep learning curve from my lowrance elite 5... I've started to figure it out though and picked up a northern in douglas that I was able to spot on it before catching it.

Yesterday I was on wolf creek, slowly idled out of the bay at the ramp, since dozens of people were fishing from shore there, and it looked like they having good luck. So I clear them, hammer the throttle to get to my honey hole. I was all excited, then at the end of the camp grounds, an ice sheet, 3 to 4 inches thick, 200 yards long, from shore to shore. Never saw it from the road, so I bait a couple jigs with minnows, troll the ice edge a couple times, move to a couple smaller bays, and head home depressed. Should have just set up a damn lawn chair with the rest of them.
