I didnt say it made anything right, but reading the transcripts from the trial, even the case against epstein might be questionable. Going to be even harder to nail Gizlane for her less involved role in it. This first witness seems to not remember a lot, and also to contradict her previous statements to law enforcement, making her credibility questionable IMO.
On the grand scheme of atrocities, however, offering some down on their luck teen girls a bunch of cash to fly on a private jet around the world for some 'erotic massages' doesnt feel like its exceptionally high on the list.... Sex slavery is real, and a big problem in many countries, this is hardly that, from what ive seen so far.

Like I said, I have daughters, two of whom are teens, and they're turning into women.
What happened, allegedly, can be looked at two ways - or anywhere in between.
"She knew what she was doing" is one stance. A girl who is 14, but looks and acts like she's 18, is maybe on one end of the spectrum.
I can not overstate this though. She is 14. She might act like she "wants it". She might say that. She might get paid or otherwise compensated for it. Whatever. A guy can justify it in his mind if he wants or tries. He might say "well, it was RIGHT THERE, what was I supposed to do?". The black and white of it though, is that whether it's illegal because she was underage, or it was illegal because prostitution is illegal, it was illegal.
The other end of the spectrum is underage girls who have nothing, or nobody. Through their own poor decisions, or other circumstances they might find themselves in a drug lifestyle. Also illegal. They might find themselves selling their bodies for money. Illegal. Or for safety even. That could be in the form of "either you do this or I'll kick the shit out of you". Or even food. Whatever. All illegal. So, while darker, this side of the argument doesn't hold water either.
I know... It's the worlds oldest profession. Whether by force or wile, women have been doing this all along...
I know I'm just one guy. And I'm certainly a sinner, as are we all. I just take a damn dim view of this whole thing.
And like guywhofishes, I'm glad we can have a civil conversation, rather than a giant pissing match.
