For instance the one that accused Al Franken a senator I'm not remotely a fan of but if you go back and look at the video she's a Playboy bunny on the USO tour and she was proceeding to in many of the videos to grinding her ass on Toby Keith and making out with Robin Williams! Plus they talk about him molesting her even though he didn't actually touch her and she's wearing a flackvest so I don't even think that could turn on a 15 year old kid let alone an adult. So if pretending to grab someone's boobs is the same as grabbing someone's boobs does that mean when somebody does that little I'm crushing your head well pinching their fingers together is that manslaughter or murder perhaps?

It's complete BS. I thought it was BS when the Cosby crap was going on. These women are coming out of the woodwork, making accusations that happened back in the 70's (40+ years ago). Not sure about you guys, but I can't remember what I did a week ago, now tell me how a person can recall "exact" scenarios that happened over 40 years ago to a jury of our peers.

There needs to be a statue put in place for harassment claims that limits it to a certain time frame. Like 7 years or so. If the accuser can't come forward within 7 years, then there hasn't been that much "Mental anguish" suffered. This throwing out accusations from 15+ years ago is a bunch of bogus. Way to easy to ruin someone's career and I'd be willing to bet that most of these accusations are out of spite or being paid to do it because of some past beef with someone.

Just because someones profession is provocative doesn't mean they cant be assaulted, Just because someone is wearing a lot of cloths doesn't mean they didn't feel violated. If you were at work and someone snapped a photo of you similar to Al, would you still have a job, or you kids, friends? I know I wouldn't. It high time our culture changes in regards to these aspects. I have 2 little girls and sure hope it does for them. Do I believe everyone of these accusation are true, no, but I do believe there is most likely merit to most of them. Someone close to my heart was assaulted as a preteen, she did not tell anyone because she worried no one would believe her, and she would be told she did something wrong, dressed to seductive, was asking for it, etc. It haunts her to this day, why should/would these peoples story be any different. They know if they come forward tons of people will question them, say they are lairs, say it was nothing, tarnish their name etc. In my opinion your statement sums up everything wrong surrounding this issue.

What bothers me about it is a simple accusation can do a serious amount of damage. It can ruin reputations, marriages and careers whether it's true or not. You can thank the libturds for that. Throw sh@t up against the wall and hope it sticks.

OK had me laughing about the squishing the head thing from scanners. As far as accusations long after the fact, I was present when my at the time girlfriend who was in her late thirties told her mother about being raped as a young teenager. Her uncle would watch her and her brother. He decided it was ok to use her to pleasure himself. She was to afraid to tell her mother for 20 plus years. So I would say it is not always about someone looking for a payout. I pray those of you who feel all these allegations are strictly a political ploy. do not have daughters. Some of these politicians have had considerable power for a long time, and could intimidate the women by threatening to publicly drag them through the mud.

I have 2 daughters and some days I wonder what they'll endure when they reach high school age and beyond. Hopefully we've taught them to be strong, independent women that will stand up for themselves and others.
I can easily see a woman holding her "secret" close to the vest for several years or decades. And I would think their memory of that traumatic "secret" wouldn't diminish with age. On the flip side, I hate this guilty until proven innocent crap that's going on right now. Guys are being crucified purely on accusations by the general media and social media. Now most times where there's smoke there's fire but every one still deserves their day in court.

But how was she assaulted when he never touched her and the kiss that she is bitching about she gave him permission to do to practice for their skit. And considering he's a creepy SNL comedian and she's a Playboy bunny I'm going to go out on a limb and say that kiss was meant to be funny therefore it was likely going to be very mouthy and sloppy the very thing she complains about. Because in the end if you look at her complaint she's not saying he assaulted her she just complaining about his technique and and that somehow amounts to assault..... many years later when her looks are starting to go and she realizes she's only a radio DJ and never was as successful she thought she was probably going to be... I'm sure that didn't play into it at all! I would guess there is more truth in most of these accusations then lies but when there's so few a-listers on most of these cases (a group that would have nothing to gain from this there for lending credibility to their statement) automatically lends itself to wondering if these people are just trying to make up for a career they never had. Many people are willing to do anything to become famous and the casting couch has long been famous for that for years and now likely some of the people are using that couch twice once to get in and once trying to get back.
