And it's his 1st post. Hmmmmm....
Just don't touch his corn.
I actually found hunters from their posts on Ultimate Pheasant site and extended them an invite to hunt my places. I researched their posts and found them to be honorable in my opinion. And they were looking for a location here so because I trusted their honesty and ethical expressions. That was 10 years ago and I haven’t regretted it. Don’t expect an invite soon because all who have responded don’t seem to fit that category.

I took a few pictures of what you deny happens here but they won’t load. ( security issue it states). So would gladly show you proof if there is another way.

I take pictures of all posts/corners/gates if I hunt unposted, which is pretty rare unless I know the landowner. There’s too many assholes on every side of things anymore…..cover your ass. We’ve managed to completely fuck this state up in a matter of 10 years. Good job 👍

That’s the way the law is written. I had nothing to do with the wording. It simply makes the process unconstitutional as entire description is never completed
So your grievance is with shit hunters. I can imagine most here would agree with you. The way the law is written you cant hunt the ditch if the adjacent land is posted. What you are trying to say if I hear you correctly is you are pissed off at the shitty people of the world and actually have a lot of respect for hunters who do it right. Again you’ll be in agreement with most of us here. We too dont like pieces of shit, whether it be hunters or landowners. It flows in both directions. But there isn’t a law that’ll protect you from pieces of shit. Nor will taking out your grievances on the wildlife by mowing down every inch of habitat.

Bringing back a seven year old thread and the fastest anyone has gone on the ignore list. Two potential records. Congratulations...?!
Just ignore me then. Why the snotty response to a serious subject that affects everyone? Hit a nerve did I ?

You‘re correct in some aspects. Of course grievance with shit hunters who have no respect for law or landowners wishes for whatever property he/ she may own . I also don’t appreciate the State creating a law that takes away the fundamental freedom all landowners/ homeowners etc expect for a special interest group. If the state passed a law requiring you to permit people to come into your home/ yard uninvited ( outside of law enforcement) for any reason you would have issues with it as well. And same law gets turned into a loophole to access property. Grievance against wildlife is the unintended consequence of farmers/ ranchers having their hands tied . I for one , still do my best to create great wildlife habitat but choke down anything near roads as the area is full of road hunters looking for the dash and grab opportunities . The roads here are littered with shells every year ( posted on both sides so illegal to hunt). So I focus on building what I can far enough away from roadsides to deter that practice. Yes hundreds of acres of habitat are lost because of that because farmers are put off by continual disrespect etc . But to give that law breaker free access to your posted land ( when they shot that bird in the ditch ) or shot that deer from the road is just over the top and encourages that behavior as the law goes to them.
are you a landowner? If so how does it make you feel when someone drops a group of people at your gate and they proceed to trespass your land because they use a wounded deer story and proceed to flush your property to party members on the other side to shoot whatever comes out? And the State gave them that right as you have no way of knowing ( unless you observed it all) whether they are truthful or not? It Is so easy for them to shoot a deer say 200 yards into your property and walk right in to claim it was shot elsewhere etc and if you didn’t see it firsthand there’s nothing you can do. I know of only ND and Iowa and now believe Minn also passed that law and landowners are now finding out what that means to them. Posting only keeps out the ethical people of course ( But when the law is written giving lawbreakers the edge that’s too much) I’m not sure what constitutes a shit landowner to you ( doesn’t everyone deserve the right to manage their property the way they want to) ? Don’t you do that with your home / vehicle etc. etc? Does that make you shit?

What about the ORIGINAL post. You support a landowner doing that?

Gotta have permission to go after wounded or dead big game here. So the scenario you bring up is never happening here. People walking and pushing deer is weird to me that was never even a thing growing up or now for anyone I hunt or have hunted with
