Gotta have permission to go after wounded or dead big game here. So the scenario you bring up is never happening here. People walking and pushing deer is weird to me that was never even a thing growing up or now for anyone I hunt or have hunted with
That’s the way it should be. No state should take private property rights away from it’s citizens (especially for special interest groups) That’s my biggest beef. I know there will always be shit hunters who disregard any and every law because they just don’t care, but when the state makes it easier for them to do so just burns a lot of farmers/ ranchers here so they do things to decrease habitat so nothing is there for them to be rewarded with when they exploit the unconstitutional law. Many farmers have had buildings , old cars etc searched ( items stolen)etc when deer season comes around as some busy bodies either have to know what they have or want easy access to steal.etc so use the looking for a deer they shot next door or elsewhere ( of course none exist in most cases) for a reason to go looking. Or again they want to hunt your place so use it as a reason to do so.
I wonder what special Interest group will be given permission to trespass your property by the state next? National arrowhead hunters of America, Flower pickers unlimited , you name it.
