I've seen probably 50-some up close in Eastern ND, Northeast SD, and Central SD since October. Lots of bullet holes, no mange.

I have been following the Colorado Wolf reintroduction. What a cluster fluff that has been and will continue.

Russia used to buy lots of our furs from what i understand, when Russia is doing poor so is our fur market that and China eas a big buyer. There are other factors but most of our furs went overseas, also with the synthetics available now are taking place of real fur.

It's one of the great physics mysteries of the universe. You hand someone a rifle/scope/ammo combo that's killed more critters than mange, EHD, and CWD combined and you haven't touched the scope adjustments in a decade. You get it back and they tell you it doesn't work for shizzle and the POI/POA is unmistakably AND unexplainably "off".

I have both a 243 and a 7mm Rem. Mag., that I would be willing to sell. Both are 700 BDL's. Will only sell the 243 if the the 7mm sells first.

She's been used hard but can't recall ever having to resite it in (till yesterday).

Pair of coyotes have been lurking in our backyards since right before New Years. This is now getting too close. Really gotta watch the little dog when out to pee at night.
Contacted Game Warden (thank you) and he lined me up with someone that does predator control . Hopefully he can dispose of this pair.

I would set a few leg hold traps and in a few days you will catch one or even both. There not that hard to catch. Check your traps every morning and evening.

I do but 7 homes in this cul-de-sac. Other dogs around the area. I'm thinking of tacking a bunny or a fish carcass ( if I could catch something worth cleaning) from a tree high enough so they can't get. Maybe get a shot with 22, or 22-250. Or maybe trap underneath and make sure neighbors are aware.
