How does the cold weather effect the batteries on them.

Cold weather is the best time to call. They need to fill the furnace ( stomach ) to stay warm. All I ever used on the cold nights were distress sounds

Im guessing they will not last more than a couple hours but i got 4 with mine and you can charge them in the vehicle. Im sure the batteries will out last me in that cold.

I got some oil my buddy uses and works good in the cold. I need to get a coyote close enough to shoot at first to worry about the gun haha

We did a couple stands at -20 last year. On the first stand we had 6 come. We got 3 of them.
