The tournament is on the Jamestown reservoir. I am in Bismarck and selling tickets for it. And yes, there's some good prizes.

25,000 tickets sold old out long ago. A person could probably find a non fisherman and use their ticket to fish with some type of arrangement if the fisherperson caught something.

Harbor Bar in Coleharbor is hosting a first annual on Audubon the end of the month, sorry I dont have a flyer handy.

I heard they weren't allowing fishing on the refuge. This makes no sense for a tournament that will be held out of the Harbor bar unless it has something to do with the feds.

Ice fishing is always allowed on the refuge, its in the boat where you cannot cross the buoy lines.

I understand that, but on their facebook post for the tournament they posted the boundaries are all of lake audubon except the refuge.
