Just a little ground drifting this am. Roads are good in town. My wife had a gal that lives in town, on north hill, call in this morning and say 83 north was closed so she couldn't make it in to work. ;:;rofl ;:;rofl Stupid is, is stupid does. ;:;banghead .....................Question, does driving in a blizzard (yesterday afternoon) with your hazards flashing and head lights NOT on, make you, or your car more visible and safe, when the people driving around you cant see 15 titty sprinkling feet in front of them? :;:huh

Quite the contrast out there today between the areas around rugby in areas of the southeast Corner around Verona.

It just started ripping shingles off the garage. Guessing the entire north side will be gone by soon.

This is as bad as I have seen for many years. We have some friends kids at our house that were going to Bismarck for a doc deal and they got stranded monday afternoon on the hiway. Made it part way back up here and got off the hiway on a gravel road and are still there. The neighbor one mile away can;t get to them.

Sons girlfriend made it two miles away from home last nite and tried getting there with our tractor and in a white out drove in the side of a 10 foot drift along side the road. Electronics took a shit and had to have the kid get me.

Pulled the loader tractor home this morning with a front screw and barely made it. Frickin electronics.....Got cows fed with another older tractor and bedded and by the time we got back to the house had to dig thru a 10 foot drift for about 130 feet to get in.

Total white outs any where there were drifts pushed up from the road blades.

Just got a call our friends finally got to the neighbors. 27 hours in a pickup not 10 miles from home...........

this one here will go down in the books.

Deer are having a very tough go..........

Unreal how hard it's snowing again. Birds are acting weird , They usually don't come to the feeder when its storming but today they did. I hope they don't know something that we are wondering. G, I saw a picture of a snow plow trying to poke a hole on Hwy 28 it looked pretty miserable over that way .

I watched what happens to a tonneau cover in 50+mph gusts on the highway tonight. Must not have had it latched all the way. Yikes

this wind is absolutely ridiculous. quite a few newly shingled houses are experiencing blow offs in a few spots. a couple are missing feet of shingles. mine are holding so far but i would very much appreciate if this wind would knock it the fuck off.... in all seriousness though now would be a perfect opportunity to consider planting a shit ton of trees. we really need some trees in this state

i looked at the barometer at 10 last night, was 29.29... that's pretty spooky any time of year...

it's really really low... if it was summer time and that low, we'd be watching for tornadoes...

yesterday was an absolute shit show around here. couldn't see across the street, people stranded left and right who thought they NEEDED to get out. people driving right off the road, onto sidewalks right in town, yeah wow, what a show. Glad that one's over. bring on the weekend i guess.
