There have been multiple discussions on the national level of what the anti Trump hatred would eventually spawn. There have been discussions as to what constitutes "hate speech" and what can be regulated in accordance with the 1st amendment protections.

I simply think that if we are going to limit the 2nd amendment further because of acts people claim can be prevented by that limitation , then we also need to look if "hate speech" is as much to blame as the gun itself and limit that in the same manner as a means to prevent another act such as this.

For some reason the liberal seems hesitant to embrace equality in limitations of Constitutional amendments in that manner. Perhaps they simply want to call for people killing Trump without accountability.

Prior to flat-top AR’s, you did mount them on the handle. The mount is simple and accuracy is repeatable. 40MM grenade launchers that attach under the bbl are plenty easy to get. 40MM grenades however, not so much.

Alibaba?

Too much fine tuning to be a one man operation. Too much military planning and expertise to be carried out by a retired accountant for my line of thinking.
It doesn't take military expertise to carry a bunch of rifles up to a high spot overlooking a festival and start raining down bullets indiscriminately. This was a reasonably thought out plan by an intelligent man to inflict as many casualties as possible. If you had the weapons and ammo accumulated, you could throw a plan like this together and carry it out within a week.

My guess so far is this is a liberal, anti trump, anti gun, anti freedom wacko. Too calculated to not have targeted the country music audience specifically. Way more guns than necessary to make a point. This could have been done with 4 rifles easy, instead he had something like 24 rifles and handguns? He was making a statement...

Possibly, but its been revealed that he likely targeted the "life is beautiful festival" a couple weeks ago but wasn't able to get the rooms he wanted.

For the record I think it is just as dangerous to limit the 1st amendment as it is the second. The question was asked to make a point.

Here we go with more hyperbole.

As long as we are going down GST's road of using speculation as fact, there's reports out there that was originally planning to target the "life is beautiful" music festival in september but the rooms/suites he requested were already booked. Life is beautiful fest. Sounds pretty liberal doesnt it?

I was going to type this as well. I saw no real evidence of a false. He sure looked like the guy in the second picture. First picture does not, though.

I could take a picture of a crowd nearly anywhere and find some old white guy with a beard who kinda looks like that whacko.

True, but with the info provided I don't know how they can say it's conclusively false. It should have stated "uncertain" as there was insufficient evidence to conclusively go either direction.

...reports are now surfacing that a plane formally registered under the shooters name is now registered under a defense contractor and former previous employee of the last POTUS ... probably coincidence .. most likely we will never truly know all the facts in this case especially if there is any government involvement ... :;:stirthepot

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet and I'm not one to usually add to hysteria but, the Phillipines is an ISIS hotbed. The country has been battling a city take over for quite some time now. I don't know what's going on but they knew those two mfers who attacked the Boston marathon in HOURS. Had them linked to Chechnyan terrorists almost immediately. We aren't being told what's going on. It doesn't fit the narrative.
