There are many imaginary stories people make up to justify their preferred dependency. My point was how many have died because it's illegal and people still bought and smoked it. Nothing like funding the cartels and the American organized crime. Years ago this was looked at as a radical liberal pipe dream, no pun intended.

That legalization would take away the incentive for cartels
