The Mrs and I have pulled the trigger on a different house and are going through the the process of getting ours listed, stressful time to say the least. We are selling through a realtor so that should take care of a little of the stress for us. The new house is outside side of town on a one acre lot we are excited to say the least. You guys have any advice for me?

Lincoln, kinda...
Hire movers.

The good old days of getting your friends together with freshly cleaned out horse trailers weren't actually that good.

Throw away a BUNCH of worthless shit you forgot you even had. Less to move, less to unpack.

If you see something you have not used in the last year throw it. Chances are you do not need it anyway and moving sucks.

Your friends that act happy to help you move... secretly want to strangle you.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago! Get them in the ground ASAP if the lot needs them.

Don't sweat every dollar....chances are it will be more expensive than you thought but it will be OK. You have the rest of your life to make up a few bucks.

This thread is worthless without pictures.

When you pack boxes a piece of paper with what's inside taped to the outside goes a long way in putting them in the right place in the new house.

Best of luck on your move.

I gave the last friend $50, told him that's what I'd spend on a chiropractor. He ended up buying two vets and a truck. Good move on my part.

Definitely a good snow blower.
2 Vets did a lot of loading/unloading and moving things when we were in Bismarck. Found out movers charge WAY more in Bismarck than down here in Payson. We paid $80 total for 2 men for 2 hours down here. Was way too cheap so we gave each a $20. tip.
Anyway congrats on the new house!
