Hate to stir conspiracies but during Jacksonvilles last drive. I think it was 3rd down. I swear I saw a yellow flag thrown. The announcer never said anything and either did the refs. I can't say I saw a blatant foul that they didn't call but it still seemed odd to me. And at that point a penalty would have been huge.

The sad part for me is that they did well enough that Spielman will keep his job.

I love how whenever someone's beloved team loses, it's always "RIGGED". Just take it as it is and accept the fact ur team choked on the big one........ AGAIN! That being said they shouldn't have even made it to that game and am happy they shit the bed!

While I will not condone the peanut throwing, you can't possibly be equating peanuts with full bottles or cans of beer, can you?

Maybe the viking fans looked thirsty and they were offering them a drink...grin
no peanuts aren’t the same as a full beverage as far as the possibility of injuring someone but being a dink is still being a dink

Well, an uniformed, uneducated NFL fan is always the same....they definitely belonged in that game with a #1 defense and top 10 offense. They did, however, shit the bed. I'll agree with that. But to say they didn't belong, then who did? Who dat? Well, they couldn't make the easiest tackle to end a game, so perhaps they DIDN'T belong there. Let's stay in the realm of reality here please. If the Vikings didn't belong because they are the Vikings, then the league should remove them. And believe me, I would have been in favor of that Sunday. But please.....

And let's be realistic here....with millions watching on TV and tens of thousands in the stands, do you really think you were the only one to see a flag? The Vikings got out-coached, out-played, and out-want-it......pretty sad if you ask me in the biggest game in franchise history. I, unfortunately, will remain a die hard fan and likely endure more of this, however the scenario was as I described it. No conspiracy....maybe if the refs were way off on some key calls, but when 38 unanswered points are scored do you really think all the players and coaches bought into "do it this way because the NFL says so"? Nope. Fake news.

The Vikings had a great year overall. Only two teams get to make the Super Bowl, so they're certainly not the only ones sitting at home.

They did pick a real bad time to play their worst game of the year, but Foles played his best game ever.

I don't think the Vikings were prepared for the Eagles going "all in" on Foles and putting the game in his hands, letting him throw downfield as much as he did. I think they were gearing for a running attack and short little throws from Foles. What they got couldn't have been more opposite.

I also think that first interception by Keenum that was returned for a touchdown totally blew the Vikings confidence for some reason. Don't know why but they just couldn't recover. Imagine if he would have just taken a sack and the Vikings would have punted deep into the Eagles end with a 7-0 lead.

Maybe the way they won the week before was just too emotionally draining for them, I don't know.

Am I disappointed? You bet! But I still think it was a pretty good year.

Vikings got out coached badly. The chances of the Vikings getting back to the Conferance Championship game again with the same coach, GM and any current QB on their roster is slim to none. They had a great surprising year. They did not take advantage of this opportunity that is what sucks the most. The Vikings are not going to ever be terrible with Zimmer or Spielman but they will never win a SB. With them around we are going to suffer year after year as a 8/8 team or border line playoffs team. Some fans are happy with that but I would like to see a SB win sometime in the next 20 years. One of the biggest reason they made it this far this year was the injury to dip shit Rogers. I highly doubt the Vikes would of won the division if Rogers stays healthy. A perfect storm happened this year for the Vikes to make the SB but they shit the bed.

Were those philly fans a-holes...yep. Did I go to a game at the metrodome about ten years ago and get peanuts thrown at me the whole game and get cussed at going into and leaving the stadium....yep. So please don’t act like there isn’t assholes rooting for every team, because there is
We had the same things thrown and said to us. One group said the Packers suck and said back to them if we suck that isn't saying much for you being you just got beat. We also had beer thrown on us so Viking fans can be jerks too.
Can't fans just enjoy the game?

Talk about wow we had three now we have none. Bradford get 20 mil from the cards, TB gets 15 mil with the jets, and Keenun gets 25 mil with peckerwoods broncos.
Cousins signing with the vikes for an unprecedented amount of money of 28 mil

28 Mil seems nuts, but looking at what the other options were... what do you do?
Bradford's deal is nuts.
Bridgewater, at this point should really only be considered a back-up until he can prove more so for $15 mil?? no thanks
Keenum at 25 mil... I think you pay the extra $3 mil and go with Cousins.

Whats more interesting is the pick up of Trevor Siemian. I think many were hoping that Kyle Sloter might be the answer for the back up. Maybe he still is, guess I don't know what the $$ is they are paying Siemian. Maybe it was more for the additional draft pick.
