You should read the testimonials for this bill. One guy stated it was a pain because he didn't like adjusting his cows to the time change  ...rofl...

Doesn’t it warm your heart that they are more concerned about the time change than property taxes? Are all republicans idiots?

Geez guys is it really that big of a deal either way?
I’d argue it’s a fairly big deal. Certainly not life and death but most things aren’t. We have a limited number of days between April and October to get out and enjoy nice weather. As was mentioned, this would make it harder to run out and fish after work in May, go out for an evening hunt with the kid after school, golf after work, etc. I think people (of course not everyone) would realize this when we get a run of nice weather in October and it gets dark at 530 👎👎

Softball leagues would hate it too. I can’t imagine how much this would harm golf courses.

If they can't scrap standard time then leave it alone or change it a half hour and stop fucking with it. DST is the best option, 1/2 hour change and be done with it would be a distant second choice and staying with standard time would absolutely suck balls and should not be an option at all!

Got bored last night and did some digging on the rule. From what I found, DST just can't be permanent. Could we go DST for 364 days and go standard time just for January 1?
I like that idea, or maybe the US House could get of their butt's and review the 2022 Sunshine Act.
