From what I was told it's okay unloading the boats but loading is another story. Last week we used Cattail. That's not so great either.

Langlers is still usable. The mouth of the bay is pretty shallow, only one side of the dock works for most boats.

If I remember correctly last summer when the elevation hit 1598 was when we were able to use Langlers. Looks like it just hit that level and is headed down daily lately so it may not be long until it's unusable.

There was a article on the Tribune about them opening up the Garrison spillway to test. Don't subscribe so couldn't read. Anyone know if this will have any significant out put?

According to what i read they said it should not do too much to levels as they are offsetting by slowing down the turbines

Any recent word on Mobridge? Heard it was ok but not great. I’m a few weeks out deciding amongst there, further south, or Sak.

i think Grand river Casino is having a tournament on the July 17 where you cant have anything over 20"
I don't understand why a tournament will only weight fish 20 inches and under. That is like having a Coyote Predator hunt and can't have a Coyote over say 20 lbs.

I would guess it's to give the less well-to-do fisherman that can't or won't afford FFS a chance to win. Sounds like tournament participation might being affected because of this.
