osprey fish head jigs, can i get them locally?

just wondering if anyone knows anywhere in Bismarck that sells the osprey fish head jigs. they are shaped like a fish head and are detailed with a gill plate, eyes, etc.. Need to find a few colors as I am getting very low. I can find them online i just would rather get them locally if i can. thanks
