There are no birds in south west ND, so I suggest you try Heron SD or somewhere over that way.

Hate to see a guy waste his time and fuel.

I have taken my GSP out everyday to a local plot, he is in pure pointing form, championship shape. Cant wait to head east and hunt him

I have a covey of birds that I release and than round up each day...sounds difficult, and it is. However the learning must continue.

We have no birds other than my magic, return to the cages, hens.

Yep, sounds like a good time for us all to bless the JuanR family with our presence. Better buy some more Busch light, juan.

I'm not that excited. Most of the birds I shoot I have to hand Enslow my beer and tell him to hold it while I get the pipe out the window.

my dog doesn't chomp birds, but I've heard the following works well to bring out their soft mouth:

1. Find a barn. Shoot pigeons. Freeze pigeons. Run drills with your dog using frozen birds.
2. Run bird exercises using a hard bristled scouring brush. Dog will learn not to comp down on those bristles.

I had been working on the force fetching. I haven't quite made it to the vacuum bristle roller yet. Need to pick up my game.

Dove hunting is the most refined of the birding sports.

I am taking applications for 2016 gun tender (one who holds umbrella if sunny, reloads my weapons and keeps my beverage full).

Sorry but 2015 is already booked solid. See you in a couple weeks Slim and wags!
