Anyone have a good salsa receipe they would like to share.

No recipes but I like to say it.

Chopped roma tomatoes
Chopped garlic
Chopped red or white onion
Chopped jalapeño peppers (remove seeds)
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt to your taste (not to much - the chips are salty)

Use portions to your taste. Mix together and let rest in refrigerator for several hours to overnight to let flavors mix.

Not canned but a good salsa

3 cups chopped roma tomatoes
1/2 lrg greem pepper chopped
1 whole jalapeno pepper with seeds chopped
1/2 onion (about 1/2 cup) chopped
1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
Juice from one lime
1/2 teas. cumin
1/2 teas. sea salt
1/2 teas. ground pepper

Excellent fresh salsa but also freezes really well.
