Did kraut in sausage about one of the last years of a gazillion doe tags. Ok. But, nothing special. Won't do it again.

Father in law makes a blueberry maple sausage. Pretty good. And a couple years ago I had Gourmet Game process out of Dilworth make me a batch of smoked potato cheddar sausage with my deer. Decent.

You can get high temp blue cheese online. Owens BBQ also has a buffalo flavored brat seasoning.
