That's quite a story! It seems that pro sports are so business/money oriented that the players are pretty much pawns in a nasty che$$ game. Personal life, living skills, and coping skills are covered by paychecks and drugs. Sad deal!

We bitch when players say they aren't paid enough....."really, they're playing a game for millions of dollars? Quit whining.....". But it really is a money driven, don't care how players end up, billions of dollars industry for the owners. 100+ fights not to mention the hits he took? 1000's of pain killers? Millions of $$ at 18 years old in LA? Set up for disaster.....Not that money would have saved him, but if he was worth more, maybe they would have cared more. Sad, sad story.

What the heck that article sucks I hate flashback narrative storylines. And there is no conclusion to this story it just leaves you wondering.
