I have fished out of them and damn near went to work for them. There a good product. Yellowstone national park has 4 of the 12 seaters for tourist. And they sold a bunch to the show Ice road truckers. And they were built in N.D. till 2017.

People talk about the cost and only 3 month of use. What about a Boat there are guys on here that have over $60,000 in a boat and use it 4 or 5 month out of the yr or less.

$60,000?!? Hell they’re some going for double that now.

Fished out of my buddies 2020/21? model he just bought last winter, was fricken awesome. We moved about every 20 minutes, didnt really have to, but it was new to him, and why not move when its that easy and fun.

He used an electric drill (plug in one) with a 5" auger on it, was quiet, odorless, and fast. I would guess we drilled well over 100 holes that day, and moved 15+ times.

Wish I had the extra $$$ at the ready as I would for sure get one.

Snobears are cool and seem to hold there value but really bothers me that you have to be 5,5 and under to stand up.

IMO, you can’t beat the effectiveness of them for running and gunning. However, moving in them, I feel like I’m in a Sherman tank. You need headsets like in a helicopter to communicate with others inside.

the amount of people with $80k boats is dumb. You get a solid 5 months of Icefishing in ND. Not 3. And they are amazing to fish from. Don’t hate the player, hate the game.

A “solid 5” is stretching it a bit IMO.

last few years down here on the nd/sd border you get maybe 2 months you could use the snowbear. Go to pierre and you can use a boat damn near all year.

for that I could have a 10 hole dog trailer and go south and run dogs for the winter. To each there own. I can’t say why but I have lost all interest in fishing.
