The comment their is no known threat yhat the city uses is incorrect. A threat from evil exists all the time. We need to know more about the threats; not to impede on investigations; but something.

ND residents do not need a CCP, assuming you’re not prohibited due to prior naughtiness. ND Legislature codified constitutional carry several years ago. That right DOES NOT however extend into any other state sans permit. If you’re in a border city, don’t cross the border while carrying sans permit.

Didn't the state now take over Lutheran social services? I thought our REPUBLICAN Gov had the state take over when they went under?...this just applies to the immigration stuff for Lutheran soc services
