Subscriptions Overload

If you are getting hammered with subscription emails, you may have gotten your subscription settings set improperly upon registration.

To fix:

If you go to settings .. on that page you should be able to edit your subscriptions

You probably want to change your subscription settings as well.
Go to - settings - then general settings
