My original tri beam finally took a crap, so I called Vexilar to get a replacement becuase they are the only ones who sell the tri beam. Ask for sales to order the new unit, the lady who I talked to said that if I send in my old tri beam they would replace for free. I have had my unit for 4 seasons and payed 85$ from sportsmanguide website off season deals. Vexilar is a top notch business and I have and will buy only Vexilar ice fishing electronics in the future.
