Western Nodak born and raised, after a stint in Fargo I eventually settled about 50 feet west of the border here in MT. I own/operate a little steakhouse/casino/beer joint here in Fairview, MT. I fish almost obsessively spending most days around the lower Yellowstone River to the Missouri near the confluence. Grew up fishing Tobacco Garden down to McKenzie Bay. Really enjoy hunting as well just haven't been doing as much since I moved over here. I also have two boys 5 and 1 who I am always excited when they want to spend more and more time outdoors! Good to be here, nice job Vollmer!

I have the same user name on FBO. where I lurk way more than I post. I have lived on the shores of Oahe most of my 47 years. I grew up in Mobridge SD, and graduated from HS there in 86. My dad took me fishing and hunting since I was very little. My family fished before fishing was 'cool', everyone else had ski boats and we had a older metal pontoon. But it fished really good! I now live and teach in Fort Yates ND. I don't get to ice fish much at all since I coach on most Saturdays throughout the winter. I make up for it spring and summer.

It looks like this site has a nice format.

Born and bred NE ND. I hunt fish and trap any chance I get. I lived in the city of grand forks for a bit but moved back to the country for the view. I fly fish,spearfish, bait cast, trap, underwater spearfish, bow fish. I also hunt deer, coyote, rabbit, raccoon, pigeon, water fowl, snake, and hare. I have taught wilderness skills to a few from the city by way of a school I started. I also have penned a few articles and made a few barters. I'm a huge believer in eat what you kill and every summer I go on a wild food diet. From maggots and acorn grubs to larger game if I can legally take it and can use it I will.
I am also into experimental archeology and anthropology.
I'm 25 with a 3yo boy part time.
Now lets get to talkin.

I am a life long North Dakotan who transplanted in Grand Forks 20 years ago to attend UND. I have since worked in the advertising industry while I started guiding for catfish on the Red River.
