  1. 4 bears

    Put in at 4bears today headed south almost to bears den started pulling flicker minnows in 15 -20 ft picked up 10 in couple hours switched to bb and picked up the last 5 great day on the water. Water temp was 60 on the main channel didn't go into any bays. Bright colors worked best.

  2. Pouch point area

    I fished out of pouch point sat and sun. Sat it was me and my 2 kids (4and5) the wind was a little much but they were troopers pulling in 5 nice walleye in 2 hrs had a quite few get off we pulled cranks they I had them leave the pull in the holder and they realed the best they could I did the netting which in the waves and no rod control was quite difficult and they were were very unforgiving when I messed up lol my daughter caught a nice 27 incher that I didn't miss her biggest ever it was fun on sun it was dad's turn I went out with 2 friends and the crank bite was hot and heavy we boated 35 ...

    Went out yesterday got on the water at the casino at 7am water temp was 61 degrees on the main lake I was back at the dock at 10am with 15 fatties the casino cleaning station is closed for construction so don't plan on cleaning there caught them pulling flicker shad's in 9 ft of water it was a great morning

  4. shore fishing

    Took the kids out sat morn piled on the wheeler a 3 yr a 4yr and my self to find a Sandy Beach to sit and relax on which was harder then I thought drive about 5 miles east of the pipeline found a nice Sandy point the fishing was non stop put a minnow with a floater on and catch white bass put a crawler on and catch a catfish fast action they had a blast must have caught 10 or so of each before playing in the water was more fun lol stayed until 2 pm I caught a nice 10 lb cat on a chub and slip bobber good fight.Name:  IMG_20170701_123726578.jpg

  5. Independence point

    Docked at pouch again this morning about 7 am headed over to the flats around the corner from Indy one pass didn't Evan make it to the first bay had 9 nice fatties turned around finished up back home in 1.5 hrs lol great morning purple and white flicker shads did it for us today

    Put in at pouch yesterday at 8 am headed east across to the flats dropped cranks had 10 by noon nice fat fish blue and purple were the magic colors 10-15 ft happy 4th everyone fishing should stay good in the area I thought it would be slow after the storm but it was still Good.

    Docked at the casino headed south to the bluffs before bear den let the cranks down in 45 ft to head in and get my line and caught a 6 lb salmon nice bonus only caught 1 walleye on cranks headed farther south a few miles dropped down the bbs and caught 14 walleye in a hour off a grassy point great day minnows and crawlers we're Evan color didn't matter

    Hit the casino this morning with the kids headed to the bins trolled bb with kids choice of colors so we had purple Colorado (4yrold girl) a pink baitfish(11yroldgirl) and an orange smiley blade (3yr old boy) well the boy out fished the girls cathing a 20in eye a 18in sauger and a 23in pike the girls caught a few but just couldn't get them to the boat I drove baited hooks and had a great time wind wasn't the best but manageable.

    Put in at the casino today around noon headed south a few miles just past the bins picked up 15 nice fish by 6 pm 3/4 bb and silver blue blades minnows out did crawlers 2-1 this round

    Docked at the casino this morn headed west to the flats around the corner picked up 5 nice ones then the boats moved in and I moved headed south to Clark's Creek and picked up another 5 all fish were 18 to 22 inches caught them on everything​ cranks then spinners and bb it was a great day

    Took the kids out for some gator action only caught one but it was a 17lb female on a kids frozen pole it was a good right on 6lb line lol

  12. Tobacco gardens

    Hit tobacco yesterday from 2pm to sundown caught 3 tiny walleye right at sunset talked to a few other guys and they said it's been slow for 3-4 days ice was 18 inches there is about 60 houses lined up from the point to the beacon. I'm headed to the pipeline this morning I'll post results
