he says September will be my month for my birds, not holding my breath on that one but will wait and see if nothing then I'm going to have to drive to grand forks and either get my birds or money back. I don't know how that all works if I can't get the birds back. 3 of the 4 birds left there are birds I shot in rhode island. I don't really have the funds to go back and hunt there, so I don't know if I'm just left with pictures.

still no check yet. last i heard from him was aug 11th and he told me 1 week. well thats come and gone. i did sent him a text today saying i need this check in my possession within a week or i will be contacting the BBB and states attorney.

my buddy with the blue phase ross says he has communicated with rick and is "suppose to have it done in a couple weeks"

that must of gotten his attention. he immediatly texted me back on the defense. saying the bird was bad plan and simple. ( which at this point ive given up on and just want my fkn money) he then throws a little jab saying your older brother never treated me this way. hahahahahaha holy shit balls i could of unloaded on the guy but professionally said rick i understand the bird was bad but it doesnt take 3.5 years to tell me that much less sent a check. i said i apologize for trying to get my money back. i understand you have PLENTY of birds to work on....how do i know because i referred many of them to you. i went on to say sorry for getting concerned when you cash multiple peoples money and cant produce birds or return money. and politely said you will never have to deal with me or my much nicer older brother ever again.

dam he just does not understand what he is doing to people and makes you feel bad for asking for it. regardless of how many of you get birds back he is plain and simple and unprofessional jackass that only cares for himself.

After 4 years I don't care if he said he would get to my bird or not, I would be there to pick it up and get my money. No way it would go into his pocket.

Just wanted to update Rick did finally send the check and it is in my possession. Can't believe it took as much as it did but he at least did that.
smokeunm had also received his bird from Rick as of yesterday and did give him. $50 discount.

I still will never use Rick again but wanted to just update everyone
hope the rest of you stay on him and get your dam birds

I just received a message last night from Rick asking to set up a time for picking up my birds. Unfortunately I won't be able to get them until after deer season as I have stuff going every weekend pretty much.

Hopefully the quality of his work is up to the standards he had in the past. He is capable of great work, hope he doesnt sacrifice it on rush jobs to clear out the freezers. Hope he gets caught up and gets back on track. The guys making an effort now at least.
