Devils Lake fun

A bunch of us are heading up this weekend , If anybody wants to meet up and have some fun on Saturday or Sunday. We meet up Saturday morning and have breakfast at the landing and then spread out and send a group text as we find hotspots. I will let you know when I find out what part of the lake some of the guys are pre fishing now. This is a fun group and there will be lots of food we eat like kings on the ice someone is always cooking The more people we get the more fun it is. I am heading over tomorrow night and will keep you posted.

Picking up over 300 worth of meat from our butcher 75 of it was sausage some is breakfast sausage and some is ring . We really do eat like kings .



Our club is almost 50/50 if it is UP or OVER to devils.

That's a joke, but i am going up Saturday.

You wouldn't know how the ice is in the Pelican lake area would you? Heard there is open water coulee fishing going already to the North.

Talked to the boys today and they heard that too , Some were fishing stump and some on main bay and east bay. sounded like fishing was ok some might go up north tomorrow and check it out. we plan to go out to the bars on Saturday night is there any that we should go to or stay away from ?

Not specifically but I've talked to many die hard ice fishermen up that way that have serviced their ice augers and put them away . I would suggest taking the weekend off or long pole fishing from shore
