Does anyone know if the main ramp is usable at Beaver bay rec area south of Bismarck?

aIts a mallard from the hunt test in Bismark last year. Should be there again this weekend but they canceled

If I remember right it was the long bird 100 ish yards but the hard pert was the wind was blowing 30 that day so if the dogs faded to the wind it would put them in an area hard to recover from.
