Did you notice the door is like 2ft off the ground?

You place fill gravel to boc and you also have positive drainage when you finish grading the outside. Smart construction

I get maybe 6 or 8 inches, thats gonna be a lot of fill to get it to the metal!
The ABSOLUTE WORST thing anyone can do is build a building to low and fight drainage run off for ever. 6" to 12" even 18" of fill now will save decades of water issue headaches.

You need at least 6 inches of fill under the concrete then you add the six inches for the concrete and its really not that much. Having built alot of pads no one ever complains about water draining its the ones that want flat to save a couple bucks on fill that always have the problems
