He doesn't get the same " just pleading guilty because they don't have time for court" excuse?

Seems it ended about as well as the nonsense could have.

That is not what I asked. I know for a fact if I was either the land owner or the Hunters I would have paid for a surveyor to map out the exact property line to be used in my defense.

When I bought the 10 acres that I now live on the fences were on the neighbors property, the SW corner was 30'+ to the S and the & NW corner was 20'+ to the W.

A survey line is a moot point in this case.
Jeff's a fricken jerk to even bring up a 5_10' deal.
Right or wrong .

I wish his miserable ass much discomfort for the rest of his miserable life!

I truly wished/ hoped one of them hunters would have came
" uncunted" on him.
And hope someone does it in the future.

Actually the property line would have made a difference in this case. Unless it's a section line there is no 33' easement between properties. If the edge of his corn was even a foot in from the edge of his property line, all hunters could have been charged with trespassing. If they were illegally on his land he would have had legal right to harass them. If a hunter chooses to push it to the limit and set up right on the line between the two crops they better know where they are to the inch, as it is their responsibility to know. The hunters started this altercation by their dick move of choosing their blind location and the land owner was a dick the way he acted.
