    The bidding side of it looked totally rigged from what we saw! Did laugh when a farmer tried to kick him of tribal land saying it was posted. Took out his phone and started filming and ask him to repeat what he had just said....all he did was swear at him and then left! :;:muahaha

    My buddy and one of his friends taged their goats and a deer a couple weeks ago and I think he down there no trying to fill his deer tag. Most deer are holed up for the Oct lull. Did you put in for an elk tag?

    That's the thing ..what is (if there is one)the exact law? I know the game and fish doesn't have one for city's and that was the crux of our debate. Never went through the concealed carry program and that is our best hope for people knowing the finer details of Bismarck and it's weapon laws...
