I still have many questions here. I am waiting on the final version breaking down fish per hour and such to tell the real story. My quick catfish guide math says that the catch rate was much higher than previous years. I am questioning one of the methods and have a couple emails sent to see if I am right.

We did lose what many consider the best 4 weeks of catfishing last year that would have accounted for many more hours. Also, Drayton was basically shut down for 8 weeks of that time so that would account for a lot.

No idea where they got their walleye info. I was out many times late and never once saw a creel clerk or got a card.

It has been a long winter with an even longer spring ahead I am afraid. I got some big things in the hopper for 2023. Hopefully Mother Nature cooperates to make it all happen.
