NEW STATE RECORD PADDLEFISH?
It appears a new state record paddlefish has been weighed in a the North Star cleaning station. Reports that the 131# monster was caught by Grant Werkmeister of Williston. As we get more info we will keep everyone posted. It has been the year of fast and furious but also HUGE!

Was that harvested? if so, thats a no no....says in proclamation first two day of the season is catch and release....
Harvest days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Catch Release days are: Sunday, Monday, Thursday

That is me. This fish WAS NOT harvested. We were trolling for eyes, and happened to have a 25 minute fight for this "monster" fish. We took a picture and a boat next to me to a picture and was released RIGHT AWAY.
