At one point the dumb mother fuckers(nothing personal if you are a weather man) had us at 3 and less inches i woke up to 6 already this morning even the dogs that like snow were like fuck this shit. The pheasants that made it are fucked and the deer will probabally all die the smelt are getting flushed and fucking garden will be under snow till august. Wish it was 40 as i take all the rain but snow can lick my sweaty ball sack from shoveling the heavy wet shit.

I'm not sure I can determine the real-time severity of this snowstorm without Weather Bucket's readings. While I enjoy KFYR and KXMB(s) efforts of anticipated precipitation amounts, the NWS does it so much better, IMO.

We had hard rain, then hail, then sleet, then snow, all with lightning and thunder last night in W SD. Lots of rain through the night. Probably 3" of snow now but tough to see the 12"+ they are talking about unless the storm really gets with it. It looks like it is a bit further north than they predicted, not good for you ND guys.

Where we live, it is on the edge of the predictions. If the Storm slides North 30 miles, we get nothing. If it slides south 30 we are looking at 15-20ish inches.
