For what....not doing a background check on every person who walks in? Have a wacked out tweaker here and that's not something they are equipped to deal with over the entirety all the multiple waiting areas in that building. Vigilance by the adults is the only real safeguard this and grandmother seems to have done a pretty good job of it.
