Boating Etiquette on the Missouri river

Traded up already, The wife wanted a different boat for a couple different reasons. I put 86 hours on the main motor of the last boat.

gotta get your wife to talk to mine. Or take mine out in a good brisk wind in early april. Windshield boat would be a no doubter.

Ran one last summer. Good padding. Tie it tight or it will be in a ditch somewhere.
I see a lot of them going down the road now.

Looks like something I could make in 10 minutes with some zip ties and a carpet scrap...

Turns out the boat windshield is a common one from Lund, the dealer said they would order a new one and it was $1,100. Not good, but not as bad as I expected. Of course that's just the window part, there is an assembly and installation that will add another $600 or so, but I have a buddy with a mechanic shop, and big brain that might be able to save me the install $$$

of course dirtymike might have a line on something for me too...Thumbs Up
